The cooperation of the United Media Services Company and Presentation Sports resulted in the signing of a protocol to cooperate with the Abu Dhabi Sports Council, to hold the two Egyptian Super Cup matches for the 2020-2021 season (last season), and the current season 2021-2022 match in the United Arab Emirates.

The UAE will host the Egyptian Super Cup 2021 and 2022

The Egyptian Zamalek team managed to win the Egyptian League title last season, to reach the Egyptian Super Cup final for the same season.

On the other hand, Al-Ahly is still fighting to reach the quarter-finals, where the Red Genie will play a fiery confrontation against the Pyramids team in the quarter-finals of the Cup last season, with the winner of that match facing his counterpart Petrojet in a meeting to decide the qualifiers for the final round.

In this regard, the cooperation of the Egyptian and Emirati side resulted in the latter’s pledge to organize the two Egyptian Super Cups (last and current seasons), with the aim of supporting Egyptian-Emirati relations.

Abu Dhabi Sports Council officials also appeared happy with this joint cooperation between the two parties, which in turn will bring the stars of the Egyptian Pharaohs and the Egyptian media and its fans to the land of the Emirates.

At the end of the meeting, the UAE side pledged to harness all the necessary resources to hold the two super tournaments in the best appearance and organization.

It is worth noting that the Tala’a El-Jaish team managed to snatch the title of the last edition of the Egyptian Super, after defeating its stubborn rival, Al-Ahly team.
